Whether its dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, giving the carpets a vacuum, wiping down paintwork or helping with the ironing - our cleaners are there to help take some strain out of your life. Clean4me will provide a professional cleaner at times to suit your needs on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis. You know how much work is required to keep your house up to standard, so its you who decide how often you require a regular clean - and for how many hours. Of course, if asked, Clean4me will be happy to help gauge your cleaning needs. Our cleaners are paid per hour, not per job! It's not a case of job done & out. The cleaner will work for the full number of hours you ordered. This gives you the best possible value for money. If you occasionally need your cleaner to work extra hours, perhaps to clear up before or after entertaining, this is not a problem - just let us know what you need. We do not work in "teams" with predetermined views on how your home should be cared for. Rather, we believe that every home is different and that each of our clients know exactly what they want their particular cleaner to be doing. We also believe that you do not want changeable teams coming into your home. Your home is your family's most personal space and not a place for strangers to be wandering around.
As a Clean4me client you will be provided with the same Professional Cleaner every week to ensure that your home is cleaned the way YOU want it - each and every time. As the cleaner gets to know you she will learn exactly how you like things done, and you will soon relish coming home to a sparkling house!
We will select a cleaner to match your particular needs from our database of vetted and approved cleaners. Because Cleaners are often left alone in the house while they work, we understand how important it is that we get your personal approval of that person. We, therefore, introduce our cleaner to you before her first day to allow you to get to know her, show her around and discuss her duties.
Of course, Clean4me will already know her well - having visited her house, verified her identity (including personal photograph) and checked her references and background. If, for any reason, you are not comfortable with our selection, we shall arrange for you to meet another person from our extensive bank of vetted cleaners. All of this ensures that you will be opening your home to someone you have met and can trust.

So, how do we check Cleaners are Honest and Reliable?
As we are continually advertising for cleaners, more candidates apply than we could ever use. When they first phone us they are asked specific questions to ascertain their suitability, and many are rejected at this point. Appointments are made with satisfactory candidates to interview them in their own homes. Many candidates, once they see how strict we are on recruitment, cancel their appointments before we get to see them, and some are just not at home when we arrive to interview. By this stage more than half of the original applicants have been eliminated. When being interviewed, the candidate must provide work references, proof of identity (including 2 passport style photographs) and proof of address. References are always verified for authenticity. Interviewing candidates in their own home also provides an opportunity to see how they manage their own cleaning. A lot of work goes into checking out the cleaner before they are ever introduced to a client.
